Motivation Enhancement

Adolescence is a crucial stage of one's life and involves many changes in the physical, intellectual and social aspects. One's motivation plays an important role in this stage by helping the adolescents to create a positive environment around them, perform better at school, and maintain healthy relationships with friends and family. Sometimes, an adolescent's level of motivation can deteriorate as a result of some important factors, like:

  7. Keeping an open, positive and respectful relationship with the adolescents
  8. Empowering them to choose the level of challenge
  9. Acknowledging and remarking on the successes of the adolescent's progress
Motivating adolescents is an important task, as it may help them meet and even exceed their own goals. Motivation enhancement also leads towards having better academic performance and enhancing the ability to pay attention for a longer time.
